Mangohane Side by Side Accident

2 months ago - • 0851 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male teenager from Mangohane to Hastings Hospital suffering injuries sustained in a side by side farm accident.

Cardiac Related Fishing Mission

2 months ago - • 1029 hours Tasked by Air Desk to undertake a primary mission for a male in his 60’s suffering cardiac arrest whilst out fishing. No patient was transported.
• 1745 hours At the request of the DHB, transferred a male child from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital suffering respiratory issues. On the return mission a male in his 70’s was transferred to Hawkes Bay. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

Waipukurau Medical Mission

2 months ago - • 1511 hours Tasked by Air Desk to undertake a primary mission. No patient was transported.
• 1611 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 30’s from Waipukurau to Hastings Hospital suffering a medical related condition.

Wairoa Medical Transfer

2 months ago - • 2311 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 20’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU Registrar accompanied the mission.

Wairoa Transfer and Police Mission

3 months ago - • 0914 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 20’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for abdominal injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 1559 hours Tasked by Air Desk to support a police mission.

Raupunga Transfer

3 months ago - • 0047 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 70’s from Raupunga to Hastings Hospital suffering seizures.

Wairoa Stroke Transfer and Jaw Injury

3 months ago - • 1147 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital suffering from a stroke.
• 1740 hours At the request of the DHB, transferred a female patient in her 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital suffering a fractured jaw. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Stroke/Tongariro Injury and Waikato Transfer

3 months ago - • 0657 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital suffering from a stroke. On the return journey a male patient in his 70’s was transferred to Hastings Hospital following leg surgery. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 1348 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 60’s from Tongariro Crossing to Taupo Hospital who suffered a leg injury during a walk.
• 1607 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Taumarunui to Waikato Hospital who suffered a back injury resulting from a fall from a quad bike.

4WD Accident

3 months ago - • 1212 hours Tasked by Air Desk to attend an ATV 4WD accident. No patient was transported.

Wairoa MVA

3 months ago - • 1129 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female child from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for injuries sustained from a motor vehicle event.
