3 years ago - Thursday 15th September
• 1557 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Ashhurst to a quad bike accident where a 32 y/o male sustained suspected factures to his leg – he was flown to Palmerston North Hospital.
3 years ago - Wednesday 14th September
• 0957 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Wairoa to meet a St John Ambulance for hand over 53 y/o female patient with injuries sustained in a fall at home.
3 years ago - Monday 12th September
• 1045 hours At the request of the hospital flew to Wairoa with a Flight Nurse and our Critical Care Paramedic to retrieve a 67 y/o male patient with a medical condition.
3 years ago - Sunday 11th September
1030 hours Conducted annual water winch training, in conjunction with Coast Guard, inside Napier Port waters
1156 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Iwitahi (east of Taupo) where a motocross rider had fallen and sustained multiple injuries – He was flown to Rotorua Hospital.
3 years ago - Saturday 10th September
1300 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to Wairoa to meet a St John Ambulance for hand over of a 74 y/o male patient suffering from a stroke.
3 years ago - Friday 9th September
1600 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Ruahine Forest Park to a 43 y/o female suffering an anaphylactic reaction – she was winched out from a bush track and flown to Hawke’s Bay hospital.
3 years ago - Saturday 3rd September
• 1419 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Takapau where a 32 y/o female horse rider had fallen, landing on her head, and the horse rolled on her. Initially she was treated by off duty paramedics at the event. The patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
3 years ago - Friday 2nd September
• 1330 hours Tasked by Air Desk to Rangiwahia (near Palmerston North) where an arborist had been cutting trees under power lines when a portion of the tree broke and fell across the arborists leg trapping him up the tree. Fortunately, the arborist managed to cut himself free then lowered himself to the ground. His injuries were a crushed and possibly fractured leg
3 years ago - Wednesday 31st August
• 2145 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John ambulance at Tuai Rugby Ground for handover of a 70 y/o male patient suffering from a stroke.
3 years ago - Tuesday 30th August
• 1150 hours Tasked by Air Desk to meet a St John Ambulance in Waipukurau with a 74 y/o male patient, post cardiac arrest. The patient was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
• 1300 hours At the request of the hospital transported a 39 y/o male with a cardiac condition, accompanied by a Doctor and Flight Nurse, to Wellington Hospital.
