Wairoa transfer for two patients

16 months ago - Wednesday 6 December
• 1544 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for two patients for medical related conditions. Patient one a female in her 40’s, patient two a male in his 60’s. Accompanied by a flight Nurse.

Horse riding accident and two Wairoa transfers

16 months ago - Sunday 3 December
• 1024 hours Tasked by Air desk to transport Female patient in her 50’s to Hastings for injuries sustained from horse riding.
• 1536 hours Inter hospital transfer for 2 patients from Wairoa to Hastings. Patient 1 was male with arm injury. Patient 2 was female aged over 70 with a medical condition.

Motor bike accident transfer from Wairoa

• 1425 hours Tasked by Air desk to transport female teenager from Wairoa to Hastings for injuries sustained from motor bike accident.

• 1555 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for female in her 50’s for medical event. Accompanied by Flight Nurse and Doctor

• 1536 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for female aged in her 50’s. Accompanied by Doctor and ICU Anaesthetist.

• 1132 hours Inter hospital transfer from Hastings to Wairoa for male patient in his 70’s. Accompanied by flight Nurse.
• 1229 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for male patient in his 70’s. Accompanied by flight Nurse
• 1521 hours Inter hospital transfer Wairoa to Hastings for 2 patients - female patient in her 30’s for medical event and male child. Accompanied by flight Nurse.

Spinal injury transfer from Wairoa

17 months ago - Sunday 26 November
• 0531 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for a female teenager with a spinal injury.

Spinal injury, head injuries, boating incident and a motorbike accident

17 months ago - Thursday 23 November
• 1102 hours Tasked by Air Desk for inter hospital transfer of a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa to Hastings following a fall and possible spinal injury. Accompanied by a flight Nurse.
• 1516 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient aged in his 60’s from Elsthorpe to Hastings following head injuries sustained on farm.
• 1332 hours At the request of RCC and Police, attend boating incident offshore from Napier Port. Male patient in his 50’s had arm caught in winch chain.
• 2259 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from Wairoa to Hastings for a head injury following a motorbike accident.

Two transfer trips from Wairoa

17 months ago - Wednesday 22 November
• 1438 hours Inter hospital transfer from Hastings to Wairoa for a female patient in her 70’s, following a fall and resulting head injury. Accompanied by flight Nurse and Doctor.
• 1546 hours Inter hospital transfer from Wairoa to Hastings for a male patient in his 20’s for medical condition. Accompanied by flight Nurse and Doctor

MVA, Hiking injury and transfer from The Mission Concert

17 months ago - Saturday 11th November
• 1018 hours Tasked by Rescue Coordination Centre to an incident at Tahura, upon arrival it was found that a male motorcyclist had fallen and sustained chest injuries – the motorcyclist was flown to Waikato Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 1523 hours Tasked by Rescue Coordination Centre to Te Puia Springs, where a female patient aged in her 30’s suffered an ankle injury whilst out hiking – she was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for follow up treatment.
• 1716 hours Tasked by Air Desk to fly to the Mission Concert in Greenmeadows (landing in a nearby paddock), where a female convert goer, aged in her 60’s, suffered a cardiac condition requiring immediate transfer to Wellington Hospital
