Medical transfer from Porangahau

• 2146 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Porangahau to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event.

Medical transfer and accident transfer

9 months ago - Saturday 29 June
• 0413 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 20’s from Taihape Rd to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
• 1351 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from Argyll to Hastings Hospital for a leg injury resulting from a motorbike accident.

Two Wairoa and one Wellington transfers

9 months ago - Monday 24 June
• 0904 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1336 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 30’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a leg injury resulting from a fall. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1615 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 40’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington for injuries resulting from a fall. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU representative accompanied the mission.

Wairoa night transfer

• 1124 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Attended but no patient transfered

• 1455 hours Tasked by Air Desk to attend a primary mission. No patient was transported.

Transfer from Kowhai Airfield

• 1232 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 50’s from Kowhai airfield to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.

Child and Teen transfers

• 1420 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a child from Tuai to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
• 1612 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male teenager from Raupunga to Hastings Hospital for injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.
