Two Wairoa Head Injuries and a Horse Fall

3 months ago - • 0236 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a head injury resulting from a fall. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Docter accompanied the mission.
• At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a head injury.
• Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male child from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a leg injury resulting from a horse fall.

Double Wairoa Medical Transfer

3 months ago - • 1050 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female teenage patient from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1607 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.

Wellington Medical Transfer

3 months ago - • 1930 hours At the request of the DHB, transferred a female in her 50’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related event. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.

Wairoa Bronchial Transfer

3 months ago - • 1757 hours At the request of the DHB, transferred a male child from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital suffering Bronchiolitis. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.

Whakaipo Back Injury

3 months ago - • 1004 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 30’s from Whakaipo Bay to Rotorua Hospital for a back injury sustained whilst hiking.

Porongahau Medical Mission

3 months ago - • 1807 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 70’s from Porangahau to Hastings Hospital for a medical related event.

Mangaweka MVA

3 months ago - • 1254 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 40’s from Mangaweka to Wellington Hospital for injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.

Wairoa Cardiac Transfer

3 months ago - • 2058 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 50’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital suffering a cardiac related event.

Two Medical Transfers

3 months ago - • 1339 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 70’s from Hastings Hospital to Avalon for a medical related event. On the return mission a female patient in her 50’s was transferred from Wellington Hospital to Hastings Hospital.
• 2008 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her 70’s from Hastings Hospital to Palmerston North Hospital for a medial related event. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
