9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter has responded to a remote area in the southern Urewera National Park, after a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) was activated. A 60 year old woman had sustained injuries to her head, neck, chest and ankles following a 40 metre fall while tramping. She was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter airlifted a 54-year-old female from Tuai, suffering from multiple injuries following a fall at home, to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.
9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter responded to a rural Whakaki address where a 62-year-old woman suffered a fatal cardiac arrest. Unfortunately St John Advanced Paramedics, declared the woman deceased at the scene.
9 years ago - The Crew transported a male patient suffering from cardiac complications, from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital.
9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter has airlifted a 67-year-old male from a Rural Mangarapa address, who had suffered a seizure. He was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter has responded to an Equestrian event at Elsthorpe, where a 51 year old male fell from his horse and sustained chest injuries. He was transported to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.

9 years ago - The Rescue Helicopter responded to a police request to search for a boat that was reported to be sinking off the Mahia coast. After a search of the coastline no boat was located.
9 years ago - At 1pm, the Rescue Helicopter responded to a multiple motor vehicle accident on State Highway 5, near Eskdale. A 59 year old woman from Eskdale was airlifted from the scene with multiple serious injuries to the Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for further treatment.
