Bike accident transfer to Middlemore and medical transfer to Wellington

• 1306 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 60’s from Huka Falls to Middlemore Hospital for injuries sustained from bike riding.
• 1944 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 50’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related condition.
Two teenage transfers from Wairoa

• 0128 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her teens from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and DHB Midwife accompanied the mission.
• 1919 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a female patient in her teens from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.

• 2319 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
Transfer to and from Wellington
12 months ago - Friday 19 April
• 2147 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a patient from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission. On the return mission a patient was transferred from Wellington to Hastings Hospital
Horse riding injury

• 1603 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Elsthorpe to Hastings Hospital for an injury sustained from horse riding.
Two transfer from Wairoa and one to Wellngton
12 months ago - Tuesday 16 April
• 0627 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 40’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
• 1412 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 40’s from Hastings Hospital to Wellington Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ICU representative attended the mission.
• 1746 hours At the request of the DHB transferred a male patient in his 70’s from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
Knee injury while hunting

• 1142 hours At the request of the Rescue Coordination Centre transport a male in his 40’s from Matawai to Gisborne Hospital for a knee injury sustained whist out hunting.

• 2043 hours At the request of the DHB, transport a male patient in his 60’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.
