Wairoa

7 years ago - Monday 22 January
1500 Flew to Wairoa to meet St John Ambulance and collect a 65 y.o a male patient with a cardiac condition, for transport to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further assessment and treatment

Wairoa

7 years ago - Thursday 4 January
Time = 1244
Transported a 56 year old male with abdominal pain from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

Time = 1800
The rescue helicopter was called to a 2 car accident, involving 6 patients, north of Wairoa. The helicopter transported two patients, a 46 year old male with a chest, abdominal, pelvis and leg injuries and a 32 year old male with abdominal and internal injuries. They were both transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Patient from Tikokino and Ocean Beach pick up

7 years ago - Wednesday 3 January

Time = 0900
The rescue helicopter was responded to a house at Tikokino for a 57 year old female who sustained leg lacerations from falling through a glass door. She was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

Time = 1700
The rescue helicopter was responded to Ocean Beach for a 43 year old female with a neck and spinal injury from the surf. She was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Waimarama

7 years ago - Tuesday 2 January
Time = 1650
The rescue helicopter was responded to a house at Waimarama beach for a 74 year old female with chest pain. She was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Wairoa transfer

7 years ago - Monday 1 January (New Year’s Day)
Time = 1430
Transferred a 15yo male with head injuries from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment

New Years Eve

7 years ago - Sunday December 31st (New Year’s Eve)
Time = 8:20
The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter was tasked to a single vehicle accident on SH5 near Rangitaiki Lodge, between Napier and Taupo, where a young male was thrown from his vehicle and sustained multiple injuries. He was transported to Hawkes Bay Hospital for further treatment.

Time 14:30
The Lowe Corporation Rescue Helicopter was called to the Mohaka river, downstream from the SH5 overbridge, to a male patient, in his 20’s, who fell from a raft and sustained arm and shoulder injuries. He was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

Porongahau pick up and 2 year old vital hospital transfer

Time = 12:15
Responded to Porongahau to male patient in his 80’s, suffering a suspected stroke – he was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

Time = 23:40
Transported a 2 year old child with a medical condition from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital.

Boxing Day

Time = 14:40
Transported a 57 year old male patient with a cardiac condition from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital, for further treatment.

Christmas Day

7 years ago - Monday December 25th (Christmas Day)
Time = 14:45
Transported an elderly man suffering from a suspected stroke from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.

Time = 17:30
Transported a 57 year old male patient with a cardiac condition from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital, for further treatment.

Time = 21:50
Responded to Te Puia Lodge on the Mohaka River to a 55 year old male with a head injury following a fall – he was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

Wairoa Hospital Transfers

1230 Transported a 71yo male with head trauma from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
1540 Transported a 27 day old baby with breathing problems from Wairoa Hospital to Hawke’s Bay Hospital.
