• 1535 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a child from Hastings to Hastings Hospital for a back injury resulting from a motor bike incident.

Cardiac transfer from Turangi

• 1402 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a female patient in her 50’s from Turangi to Hastings Hospital for a cardiac related condition.

Search for missing fisherman

• 0129 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 0754 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1032 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1302 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.
• 1754 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to continue search off the coast of Waimarama.

Horse riding incident, Wairoa transfer and S&R mission

• 1332 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 70’s from Te Uri to Hastings Hospital for a back injury resulting from a horse riding accident.
• 1511 hours At the request of the DHB transport a female patient in her 60’s from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 2157 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to conduct a search off the coast of Waimarama.

Two Wairoa transfers and a Mahia transfer

• 1153 hours At the request of the DHB transported a female patient in her 70’s from Hastings Hospital to Wairoa Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 1245 hours At the request of the DHB transported a male patient in his 50’ from Wairoa Hospital to Hastings Hospital. A DHB Flight Nurse and ED Doctor accompanied the mission.
• 2316 hours Tasked by Air Desk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Mahia to Hastings Hospital for a medical related condition.

• 1452 hours Tasked by the Rescue Coordination Centre to transport a female patient in her 50’s from Otane to Hastings Hospital for injuries sustained from a horse riding incident.

• 2218 hours At the request of the DHB transported a male child from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital for hand injuries sustained from a crushing injury. A DHB Flight Nurse accompanied the mission.
• 1806 hours Tasked by Airdesk to transport a male patient in his 60’s from Waikaremoana to Hastings Hospital for an ankle injury.
