• 1400 Responded to a location north of Wairoa for a male child suffering leg injuries after a car vs bicycle accident
• 1550 tasked by Police to the Waipawa River to search for an overdue fisherman, a body was found on the river bed.
• 1630 Transported a female patient with fractured ribs and breathing problems from Wairoa to Hastings Hospital.

• 1425 Flew to Wairoa to meet St John Ambulance with a female patient with stroke-like symptoms, she was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further assessment and treatment.
• 1630 Transported a male patient with cardiac problems from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital.

• 1030 Tasked by police to search the Waipawa River for a fisherman who was two days overdue, the search was unsuccessful.

• 1230 Transported a male patient with cardiac issues from Hawke’s Bay Hospital to Wellington Hospital
6 years ago - Sunday 2nd December
1055 Responded to a farm south of Porongahau for a 58 year old male with a medical issue. He was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.

1200 Transported a male patient with cardiac issues from Hawke’s Bay hospital to Wellington Hospital
6 years ago - Monday 26th November
1550 Responded to a farm at Sherenden for a 22 year old male who rolled his quad bike and sustained a fractured leg and back injuries. He was transported to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment.
6 years ago - Saturday 24th November
0930 – flew to Wairoa Hospital to retrieve a male patient with a severe leg injury, which required further treatment in Hawke’s Bay Hospital
1045 – tasked by Rescue Coordination Centre to a PLB (personal locator beacon activation) in the area north west of Puketitiri. The search was called off when the PLB was switched off.
1420 – flew to Wairoa Hospital to retrieve a male patient with chest pains.
1655 – tasked by Police to search the Puketitiri area for a missing hunter, the search failed to find the hunter (we understand the hunter returned safely later that evening)
1845 – called to Frasertown for a male patient with a dislocated hip, he was flown to Hawke’s Bay Hospital for further treatment

1230 – tasked to Porongahau to a male patient with chest pains
6 years ago - Thursday 22nd November
1030 – to Wairoa Hospital for a male patient with a cardiac complaint, he was transported to Hawkes Bay Hospital for further treatment
