Born in Wairoa, Kelley attended High School in Napier and was a member of the New Zealand Airforce from 2000 until 2017.
She Joined SRSL in 2017 and has moved around the Central bases until settling in Maraekakaho and the Hastings base in late 2023.
Mum to a busy preschooler and an unlikely pack of dogs.
