We are extremely reliant on this funding to ensure we can continue to save lives in Hawke’s Bay.  

PUB CHARITY

Thank you so much to Pub Charity who have very kindly donated $50,000 towards the lease of our Rescue Helicopter. Pub Charity has supported us for 5 years now, contributing over $180,000 towards our lifesaving service. These incredible donations have helped us to save many lives in Hawke's Bay and we are extremely grateful.

Pub Charity Limited distributes grants to worthy community organisations all over New Zealand through the funds raised in gaming machines hosted in their member hotels and taverns. They first began raising grants funds for New Zealand communities in 1987. That’s 30 years supporting communities all over New Zealand.

LINDSAY FOUNDATION

Thank you so much to the Lindsay Foundation who have donated $25,000 this year to support our paediatric missions to help the children of Hawke's Bay. We are so grateful for their support. This is the second year they have donated to our lifesaving service, in total having supported us with $75,000.  These donations have positively impacted the lives of many children in Hawke's Bay and we are so grateful to Lindsay Foundation for that support. 

The Lindsay Foundation's mission is to support Kiwi individuals and organisations who aspire to make a positive difference in New Zealand. They support a wide range of organisations and make a significant positive impact on the community. Their main focuses are Animal Welfare, Children, Disabilities and Health. 

LION FOUNDATION 

The Lion Foundation have supported our lifesaving service again with a grant of $20,000 to enable us to keep saving lives in Hawke's Bay. They have been supporting us for 7 years now and in total have given our charity $145,000. This has helped us save countless lives in the Hawke's Bay Region and we are so incredibly grateful for the support. 

The Lion Foundation is one of New Zealand’s oldest and most respected Charitable Trusts. Since 1985 they have returned over $1 billion back to the community, supporting thousands of good causes all around New Zealand. 

FIRST LIGHT COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

First Light Community Foundation have been wonderful supporters of the Hawke's Bay Rescue Helicopter Trust for a 12 years now. In the last year they have donated $20,000 to keep our Rescue Helicopter flying and we are so grateful for the support! Since 2013 they have donated a total of $386,432 to our service and have no doubt saved countless lives with that level of support. 

All funds that FLCF generate, goes back in to the communities. This covers Hastings, Wairoa, Mahia and Taupo. 

ONE FOUNDATION

Thank you so much One Foundation for an incredible grant of $20,000 to keep our service available for all of those who need us in Hawke's Bay. They have been supporters of ours for 5 years now contributing a total of $75,000 in that time.  

One Foundation supports education, sport, arts, community, culture, health and welfare throughout the country. They help many organisations and make a significant positive impact with their grant funding.  

GRASSROOTS TRUST CENTRAL 

Grassroots Trust Central have been amazing supporters of us in both this trust and formerly under Infinity Foundation. This year they have donated $15,000 to our service. Thank you so much! 

They are dedicated to providing local funding to local communities.  They have a passion and enthusiasm for amateur sport, education and various charitable community initiatives.

THE TRUST HOUSE FOUNDATION

The Trust House Foundation have kindly donated $8400 to our lifesaving service this year. We are so grateful for their support to ensure we can continue to help those in Hawke's Bay, especially those in the Flaxmere community which is their focus, 

The Trust House Foundation is a respected, licensed Class 4 Gaming foundation. Every year, they provide more than $4 million in community gaming proceeds to fund community events and organisations through grants.

TASMAN SMITH CHARITABLE TRUST 

Tasman Smith have kindly supported us this year with $10,000 in donations. They have supported our lifesaving service since 2014 and have donated over $130,000 in that time. We are extremely grateful to the Trustees for this support.  

The purpose of the foundation is to promote arts culture heritage, education training research, health, religious activities, and social services.

FOUR WINDS FOUNDATION

Thank you so much to Four Winds Foundation for their recent grant of $8400. This is the first time we have applied to Four Winds for funding and they have supported us in such a generous way to ensure that we can continue to save lives in Hawke's Bay. 

The Four Winds Foundation supports non-profit community groups, charities, cultural and welfare agencies, educational organisations, and amateur sporting organisations by awarding grants. 

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL

We are so grateful to Napier City Council who have recently supported our February Newsletter Campaign. They have generously donated $5,000 so that we can circulate this extremely important information to our donors so they know we are there should they need us and how their donations have helped. 

We help many Napier Residents every year and we are so appreciative of the support from Napier City Council with this important part of our work.

Grassroots Trust have kindly donated $1800 to help with our power costs this year. We are so grateful to them for supporting us with these funds so we can continue to save lives in Hawke's Bay.
