Gifts in Wills Manager
Abbie joined our team part-time to establish and manage our Gift in Wills programme in early 2024.
Over the years, Abbie has worked in a variety of roles, from marketing and communications to fundraising and event management. With a genuine heart for people and community, she chooses to work with not-for-profit organisations to achieve their fundraising goals.
“It’s an honour to meet our donors to talk about leaving a legacy that will literally save lives. Our supporters are passionate and have fantastic stories to tell, building those relationships is really special. But the best part of what I do here is celebrating people who have told us they are going to leave a gift in their Will – they won’t be here to see their impact but we can show our gratitude here and now.”
Abbie and her husband have four children, four cats, a dog, and often extra teenagers. It’s fair to say her people are her world. She loves being out in nature, is a keen cook, struggles to say no to coffee, and generally has at least one book on the go.
